On the 100th anniversary from the Independence of Lithuania, the Fondazione Musica per Roma together with the Institute of Lithuanian Culture and the Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania in Italy, set up a festival dedicated to the Lithuanian culture from May 4th to 14th. The ambitious project, produced in collaboration with prestigious institutions of Rome, as Teatro di Roma, ArTapes (MAXXI film screening program) and the Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia, aims at conveying an overview of the Lithuanian contemporary art scene. The festival will present 11 different shows, from classic to jazz music, from theatre to dance, from exhibitions to video-art, with the participation of famous and emerging artists. The Festival preview has been the company Dance Theatre Dansema that, from December 15th to 17th 2017, during the review Christmas at the Auditorium, performed Puzzle and Colorful Games, dance shows for children from 0 to 3 years old.
